Our Beginnings Rapid Response was conceived in the fall of 1999 by Roland and Carrie Faubert, who, after years of working for others, decided they would rather devote their efforts towards building something of their own - something that they could one day leave to their sons. Rapid Response was the logical solution as it utilizes the skills of both Roland and Carrie. |

Roland has spent his life almost entirely in the construction industry. Beginning at an early age assisting his grandfather in the restoration of the old mansions of New England, Roland developed a keen sense of the value of quality and a strong dedication to superior workmanship. After his honorable discharge from the Army, Roland continued in the construction industry in both the residential and commercial sectors. Thus, his skills range from the small residential projects to the larger commercial projects with their rigid specifications. Roland's hobbies include painting, landscaping/gardening, and playing games with his sons. |
Carrie has always enjoyed working with her hands. From the Industrial Arts classes in school to the Computer Science classes in college, she has acquired awards in all her endeavors. While her most recent work history comprises mainly Information Technology fields, she also has several years in the Administrative capacity. It is her ability to "run the office" that will assure the smooth operation of Rapid Response in it's formulative years. But don't think you'll only see her in the office, as she also enjoys working in the field and will often be on site with the rest of the crew. Carrie's hobbies include reading, writing, and webpage design. |
